NANOWRIMO!
I can't remember which of the letters in NANOWRIMO are capitalized because the website is down and I was drunk when I registered! Dammit Early Times I love you!
Seriously, I'd told myself I wasn't going to do this. But I am, I am, I am...
I've never written a novel before, so this is gonna be a short one. 1,000 words a day, for 30 days. It'll be like an old DAW paperback, or a frickin' Robert E. Howard Conan Novella!!!
When I first heard of NANOWRIMO I thought it was a bad idea meant to get bad people to publish bad novels. Well now I know three good people who're going to be doing it and as of today, I know four.
I'm really considering starting a week or two early so I can have time for at least one revision before posting daily pages to THE NEW IMPROVED EVEN MORE ULTIMATLEY EXCELLENT KARL BRADLEY FRICKIN' WEBSITE!
I need to take a shower.
